One of the most important things we can for you as a patient is to listen to you. We value what you think, what you want and what you need while you're in our care. And it is important to us to find out what we can do to serve you better. We ask you to write reviews and give us feedback after each visit. We also send a letter to each patient that leaves our practice, asking for feedback so we can improve. One of the most common reasons that people switch to a different dental office is for insurance reasons. Patients are looking for a dentist that is "in network" with their dental insurance. We listened to this feedback and took some action....as of October 20, 2014, Dr. Jones is now in network with Delta Dental. In the current economy, it is important to people to spend their money wisely and make the most of every dollar. We want to help you do this by providing the same outstanding care we always have and maximize your Delta Dental benefits by working within the Delta network. You may have some questions about how this change affects you or how this works. We are here to answer your questions and would love to talk to you about how this impacts you directly. As always, you can call us during regular office hours. But, if you're like us, you start thinking of these things and coming up with questions at night or over weekends, so you can email us or send us a message via our website or Facebook. We will get back to you the next business day. If you are a Delta Dental patient, you will receive even faster claims processing and we will receive reimbursement directly to our office so you don't have to wait for the check to come to you and write it over to us. We will have access to more information about your plan and benefits so that we can answer questions more efficiently. If you are not a Delta patient, but rather have no dental insurance or have another company as your insurance provider, don't worry! Nothing will change for you and we will provide the same outstanding service and still work very hard to maximize your dental benefits. Most plans do not require you to go to a dentist in your network. Most commonly, you do have the freedom to choose your dentist and we are glad you chose us! We anticipate that working within the Delta network will be beneficial for our patients and our office, but want to let you know that we will be evaluating its progress to make sure that we are able to provide all of our patients with the outstanding care to which they are accustomed. As always, we welcome your feedback so we can continue to grow and make improvements and serve you better.
