We offer all new patients the opportunity to come in for a thirty-minute Meet & Greet with Dr. Jones at no charge. This is your opportunity to meet Dr. Jones and the staff, see our office, and ask important questions*.

We ask that all patients fill out a Health History Form for this appointment. Once you decide that you would like to become a patient of our practice, we will ask you to fill out the remaining documents (Financial Policy, Dental History and HIPAA Acknowledgement).
