Directions for whitening at home with Opalescence:

• Place a small amount of whitening gel in the front of your whitening tray.  When the trays are made, a well is created for the product.  We suggest only whitening the teeth that will be visible when you smile.  Put trays in an wipe off any whitening gel that flows onto your tissue to prevent irritation of the gums.  
• ​Wear the tray for 15-25 minutes once per day for 10 to 14 days.
• We suggest that during the days you are bleaching, to avoid eating and drinking things that stain teeth: coffee, tea, red wine berries, soft drinks and other dark juices, as well as tobacco.
