Smile Advantage Membership

We are excited to announce that we are now offering a ​membership-base dental savings plan.  A yearly membership is a great option for patients with no dental insurance, OR patients that are frustrated with their current dental benefits coverage plan.

How does it work?
Members pay an annual fee to receive regular exams, cleanings, and x-rays along with significantly reduced rates on all other restorative and cosmetic dental dental procedures.  There are no annual caps, no limits and no waiting periods!

How much is a membership?

Adult Memberships: $369/year
Child Memberships: $309/year (*ages 14 and under)

How much am I really saving?
We've crunched the numbers, and patients will be saving well over $100 compared to other patients coming in for the same visits and not utilizing the membership plan.

What if I am a Perio Patient?
Great news!  We also have a plan for periodontal patients*.  This plan will cover up to four (4) Periodontal Maintenance visits, two (2) exams, one set of x-rays and reduced rates on dental treatment.  The cost of this plan is $679.  *Please call for restrictions.

Can I use this with my dental insurance or CareCredit?
Sorry, this savings plan cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance, CareCredit or other discounts.
