As you know, we are an office of moms. Between us, we have 12 children and cover four different school districts. This means four different new school schedules due to COVID-19. Recently, we learned that several of these districts have changed to distance learning for all or part of the week. Our staff has met and discussed what is best for our families and came to the difficult decision to temporarily change our office hours. We very much appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
What are the new office hours?
Starting September 8th, our hours will be the following:
MONDAY: 2 PM to 8 PM (last appointment at 7 PM)
TUESDAY: 2 PM to 8 PM (last appointment at 7 PM)
WEDNESDAY: 2 PM to 8 PM (last appointment at 7 PM)
THURSDAY: 8 AM to 5 PM (last appointment at 4 PM)
FRIDAY: 8 AM to 12 PM (hygiene only) (last appointment at 11 AM)
Will my appointment be cancelled/rescheduled?
Patients with appointments scheduled between 8 AM and 1 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be contacted and asked to move to a time later on that date, or the Friday of that week. We will contact patients by phone, email, and/or texts.
I am not currently scheduled, but want a Friday appointment. May I schedule?
At this time, we are going to reserve the Friday appointments for patients that are being asked to move appointments. However, we are happy to add you to a contact list and call you if there are openings in the schedule.
How long will this schedule last?
As of today, August 24th, we are rescheduling patients from September 8th through October 1st. As we get closer to October, we are hoping to get more information from the school districts to see if our children will going to in-person learning.
We will do our best to not make last-minute changes and give patients advance notice. *This temporary schedule will last as long as the schools are doing online/distance learning.
