Emergencies: Please call the office number to be directed to the emergency line. 

Please note our missed appointment/late cancellation fee policy: we require more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.    A $30 fee will be applied to your account for a missed appointment, or for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice.
